Follow the directions below to change your Username and Password for your vCita account.
1. In the Customer Product Setup Email you will receive the current login information for your vCita account as well as the vCita link.
2. When you have logged into your vCita account you should see this page:
3. Click on Settings with the gear icon in the bottom left of the screen:
4. You will then be brought to this page:
5. Click on the Business Info box (boxed in red) in the first column under MY Business:
6. You will then see this information on your screen:
7. Change your email address by just changing it in the Account email text box.
8. Click on Change Password and enter the current password given to you in the Customer Product Setup Email and enter in your new password and confirm the new password. Click Change my password once you have entered all the password information you entered:
9. Then go back to the Business Info page by clicking the back arrow on your computer browser.
10. Click Save Changes on the bottom of your screen.
11. You have completed the username (email) and password change.
