Follow the instructions below to install Microsoft® Office Suite on your Mac.
1. Log on to your newly created Microsoft® Office 365® Business Premium Account by clicking on the link https://login.microsoftonline.com/ and entering your login information from the Customer Product Setup Email:
2. After logging in you will be brought to a page that looks similar to this:
3. To Download the Suite products to your computer, click on Install Office 2016 in the top right hand corner (boxed in red):
4. This will then pop up on your screen:
5. Your Mac will begin to download the Office Suite onto your computer which can be indicated by these two icons on your screen:
6. a. If you click on the bottom right icon boxed in red on the picture above you will see this. The most recent download is shown at the bottom of the list (boxed in red):
b. If you click on the top right icon boxed in red on the picture in step 5 you will see this. The Office Suite is (boxed in red):
7. Once it has finished downloading, you can either click on the bottom download icon or the top download icon shown in step six and click on the Microsoft® Office Suite download.
8. This will then be shown on your screen (boxed in red), click Continue in the bottom right hand corner:
9. This will then be shown on your screen, read through the Software License Agreement and then click Continue (boxed in red):
10. This will then come up on your screen, click on Agree (boxed in red) to move forward with the installation process of Microsoft® Office Suite:
11. This will then come up on your screen, you will need around 7.97 GB of space on your Mac device to install the Microsoft® Office Suite. Click Install (boxed in red):
12. This will then come up on your screen, choose where you would like to install the Microsoft® Office Suite, then click Continue (boxed in red):
13. This will then come up on your screen, Enter in your Username and Password so that you can install the Microsoft® Office Suite onto your Mac:
14. This will then show up on your screen:
15. Once the installation is finished this will show up on the screen, click Close:
16. You will be able to find your Microsoft® Office Suite programs in your LaunchPad on your computer (it is the icon that looks like a gray/silver rocket).
17. When you want to run any of the Microsoft® Office Suite programs you will need to type your Username and Password for your email in. Follow the sequence of pictures below to see how to go through the process:
